This page outlines the official Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policies for Resort & Tour Packages and Safari Bookings made through WildRouteTravel.
Guest Policy

Extra adult sharing the same room/cottage will be charged 35% of the total package cost.
Cancellation Policy for Resort & Tour Packages
Cancellation terms for hotel/resort stays and tour packages depend on the property’s rules and the number of days prior to check-in that the cancellation request is made.
📅 Cancellation Timeline & Charges
1. Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in

75% refund OR

Adjustment in a future booking.
2. Cancellation 15 to 30 days before check-in

25% refund OR

Adjustment in a future booking.
3. Cancellation 7 to 15 days before check-in

No refund,
but an adjustment in a future booking may be provided (subject to hotel approval).
4. Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in

No refund & no adjustment.

100% retention will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Peak Season Note
During peak dates (such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends, Good Friday, and public holidays):

Hotels and resorts apply special cancellation policies.

Tariffs may vary from standard rates.

Guests are advised to confirm updated rates and rules with our team before booking.
Refund Policy – WildRouteTravel
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy and payment method used at the time of booking.
⏳ Refund Timelines
1. Payments made via Online Gateway (Cards / Wallets)
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after approval.
2. Payments made via Bank Transfer or UPI
Refunds are processed within 3 working days after approval.

Cancellation Policy for Safari Bookings
These terms apply to all safari bookings, including Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari:

All safari bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

Safari bookings cannot be rescheduled, modified, or changed to another date/time.

Government restrictions
-
Park closures
-
Natural conditions (e.g., heavy rain)
Refunds or adjustments are entirely subject to Forest Department rules, and WildRouteTravel has no control over these decisions.

WildRouteTravel reserves the right to update or modify the policy without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to check the latest policy before booking.
Reservation Policy

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must present valid government photo ID at check-in.

Guests paying via credit card must carry the same card or a copy of it at check-in.

WildRouteTravel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of fraud, pricing errors, misuse, or suspicious activity.

Guests requiring a GST invoice must inform us at the time of booking or minimum 2 days before check-in. Late requests may not be accepted.
