WildRouteTravel – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page outlines the official cancellation and refund terms for Resort & Tour Packages and Safari Bookings made through WildRouteTravel.


Guest Policy

  • Extra adult sharing the same cottage/room will be charged 35% of the total package cost.


Cancellation Policy for Resort & Tour Packages

The cancellation policy depends on the hotel/resort rules and the number of days prior to check-in when the cancellation request is submitted.

Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in:

  • Eligible for 75% refund,
    or adjustment in a future booking.

Cancellation 15 to 30 days before check-in:

  • Eligible for 25% refund,
    or adjustment in a future booking.

Cancellation 7 to 15 days before check-in:

  • No refund,
    but an adjustment in a future booking may be offered (subject to hotel approval).

Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in:

  • No refund and no adjustment.

  • 100% retention will be charged as cancellation fee.


Note on Peak Season

During peak seasons—such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Good Friday, and long weekends—hotels and resorts may have special cancellation policies.

  • Rates and terms displayed on our website may vary during these dates.

  • Guests must confirm updated policies with our team before making a booking.


Refund Policy of WildRouteTravel

Refund processing depends on the payment method used during booking.

Refunds for Payments Made via Online Payment Gateway (Card/Wallet):

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after confirmation.

Refunds for Bank Transfer / UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.):

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 working days after approval.

Refunds can be issued only through:

  • UPI payment mode

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/Debit card refunds (only if payment was made through payment gateway)

⚠️ Note: Refunds are processed only when applicable under the cancellation policy.
Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.


Cancellation Policy for Safari Bookings

The following conditions apply to all types of safari bookings, including Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari:

  • Safari bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

  • Confirmed safari bookings cannot be modified or rescheduled to another date or time.

  • In case of:

    • Government restrictions

    • Park closures

    • Adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain)

    Refunds or adjustments depend solely on Forest Department policies, which are beyond our control.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are initiated only after receiving a written cancellation request via email.

  • No refunds for:

    • No-shows

    • Early check-outs

    • Unused services

  • WildRouteTravel reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
    Please check the latest version before booking.


Reservation Policy

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

  • Standard check-in time: 1:00 PM

  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • All guests must present valid government ID proof at check-in.

  • Guests paying via credit card must present the same card or a copy at check-in.

  • WildRouteTravel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of:

    • Fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Misuse of offers or booking systems

  • Guests requiring a GST invoice must inform at the time of booking or at least 2 days before check-in.
    Late GST requests may not be accommodated.
